Okinawa rental cars are fantastic. They're even better than the big rental car companies. They have a lot of new cars, and they're in great condition. I've often seen cars at big rental companies that are in poor condition because they wash them hastily to prepare them for the next customer, but this is the first time I've seen such a clean and comfortable rental car. I was hesitant to book at first because the company is small, but I'll definitely use them again on my next trip to Okinawa. You'll have to fill up the contract at the kiosk, but they'll help you out, so there's no problem. One thing to keep in mind: if you booked a full tank, be sure to return the car with a full tank. If you didn't, you'll have to go back to the gas station. ^^ It's important to keep in mind that you have to abide by the terms of the contract.

We had a fantastic experience

We had a fantastic experience with Okinawa car rental, the had a pickup and drop off service and the car we got had it all. Good AC, lots of space, nice baby seat and it drove fantastic. The price was also very cheap and the communication went perfect via WhatsApp. Also on our way back home the return of the car and the pickup back to the airport was within minutes! Would recommend highly!

The self-service machine could scan documents and offered multiple language options, which made the process very convenient.
On the last day, I needed to extend the rental period at the last minute, and the staff kindly allowed it without charging any extra fee — I really appreciated their helpful service.

However, there are a few points that could be improved:
the phone holder was unstable and needs improvement, and I noticed some trash left in one of the storage boxes inside the car.
Also, I’m not sure if it was just my vehicle, but it didn’t have an ETC device — having ETC in all cars would make driving even more convenient.
