Il offre un service de pick up à l'aéroport RAS
Ensuite le check-in ce fait sur borne il faut juste suivre les instructions en anglais et scanner les différents documents, rien de compliqué.
Ensuite remise des clefs et documents sur diverses info sur Okinawa et sécurité.
Plan et map code d'attraction a Okinawa et plain de la station d'essence ou faire le plein avant de rendre la voiture.
Nous avions un Jimny Sierra, voiture neuve RAS.

The shuttle service from the airport to the office was extremely smooth, and we were able to begin the procedures right away without any waiting at all.

The staff were impressively efficient, and there was zero waiting time before departure. They also prepared a spacious vehicle exactly as we had requested in advance, allowing our family of five to ride comfortably and enjoy a very pleasant drive throughout Okinawa.

During the paperwork, we were only asked about optional insurance, and there was absolutely no pressure to add unnecessary options, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

Throughout the service, it was clear that the company truly puts its customers first. On our next trip to Okinawa, we would definitely like to use this rental car company again. Thank you very much.

The staff are friendly and pleasant.

The car was old, and even when I stepped on the accelerator, it didn’t accelerate well. The navigation system was outdated and led us onto roads that didn’t seem to exist. The staff, however, were friendly and pleasant.

On the final day, we didn’t have time to refuel, so they handled it with a mileage-based fuel charge. It was expensive, but we made it to our flight on time—so I give it ★5.

한국어 책자가 있어 편리했습니다. 제 실수로 작은 사고가 있었지만 정말 친절하게 문제를 해결해주셨습니다. 제가 영어를 잘 못해서 답답하셨을텐데 끝까지 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다. 덕분에 오키나와의 기억이 행복한 추억으로 남았습니다. 산토스님 정말 친절하세요. 불필요한 추가옵션없었고 추가금을 요구하지 않았어요. 정말 정직한 회사같습니다. 바퀴 보장해주는 보험이 있어 하루 200엔씩 추가 했어요. 그래서 더 안심이 되었습니다. 예전에 사이판에서 바퀴 휠에 기스났다고 귀국후 9만원 신용카드로 긁혀서 맘상한 기억있어요. 여기 렌트카는 바퀴 보험이 저렴하지만 바퀴가 굴러떨어져나가도 보장된다고 하셔서 너무 안심됐네요. 카모아에서 예약했고 다른 곳보다 저렴한데도 차도 훌륭하고 도요타 루미 연비 최고고 신용카드 번호도 받아두지 않고 다른 업체처럼 등꼴빼먹으려는 속셈 없는것 같았어요. 제가 걱정어린 마음에 이것도 되냐 저것고 되냐 물었을때 산토스님이 “너희는 이제 오키나와를 즐기기만해” 라고 하셔서 정말 감동했어요 ㅠㅠ 정말 온전히 즐기고왔습니다. 감사합니다 산토스~~~~👍👍👍👍

Very good experience
