The service is available to anyone with a driver's license.

You may rent a vehicle upon presentation of a valid international driver's license and passport in Japan, which must be one of the following

1.International driver's license: An international driver's license issued by a country that is a signatory to the Geneva Convention and conforms to the format stipulated in the Convention.

2. Foreign driver's license and official Japanese translation: Driver's license issued by the Swiss Confederation, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of France, the Kingdom of Belgium, the Principality of Monaco, and Taiwan.

Okinawa Rent-a-Car has introduced self check-in (KIOSK terminal), and customers can complete the procedures by themselves. Please click here for detailed information on how to operate the self check-in machines.

We provide free transportation from Naha Airport to the store. (8:00-19:30)

On the day of departure, please contact us when you pick up your baggage at Naha Airport.

We will pick you up as soon as we receive your contact.

Please be sure to contact the store if you will be late for the return time.

If you do not contact us, you may be charged an extension fee. *Pick-up and drop-off may be difficult.

In the event of an accident, please call the police immediately to handle the accident, and then contact Okinawa Rent-a-Car with the dedicated accident report hotline.

Accidents are handled 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

At Okinawa Car Rental, liability coverage is included in the rental price.

NOC indemnity insurance can be purchased as an optional extra.

The following conditions apply for reservations made by foreign guests:

- Have a driver's license that allows you to drive in Japan.

 -For countries that require translation, such as France, Germany, Switzerland, Monaco, Belgium, and Taiwan, please prepare a translation or bring a proper International Driver's Permit.

We only accept reservations if the above conditions are met.

Please note that if the conditions are not met on the day, it will not be possible to rent the car.
