1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

In handling the personal information of customers, OKINAWA RENT A CAR complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information, as well as internal rules and regulations.

2. Purpose of use

The purposes for which Okinawa Rent-a-Car obtains personal information from customers are as follows. In the event that personal information is acquired for a purpose not specified here, the purpose of use will be clearly stated in advance at the time the personal information is acquired.

(1) To carry out matters required as a condition of the business license, such as preparing a rental certificate at the time of signing a rental agreement, as an operator licensed to operate a car rental business.

(2) To provide customers with rental and lease cars and related services.

(4) To inform customers about the provision of rental cars, used cars, and other products and services handled by the Company, as well as about various events and campaigns, by sending promotional materials and prizes, sending e-mails, and other methods.

(5) To conduct surveys of customers for the planning and development of products and services handled by Okinawa Rent-a-Car, or for the consideration of measures to improve customer satisfaction.

(6) To compile and analyze personal information statistically and create statistical data processed in a form that does not identify or specify individuals.

3. Appropriate acquisition

OKINAWA RENT A CAR will not acquire your personal information through deception or other wrongful means.

4. Utilization

OKINAWA RENT A CAR will share the following personal information of customers within the scope specified in “2.
Name, date of birth, gender, address, telephone number, e-mail address, license number, date of license acquisition, customer number, company information (name, affiliation, telephone number, etc.), and usage history

5. Provision to third parties
