This is a peace of mind compensation with no payment of burden at the time of accident even if an accident should occur (however, limited to a single accident).

In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, defacement, etc. that is not the responsibility of the company and requires vehicle repairs, cleaning, etc., the following fees will be charged as compensation (NOC) for the period of absence, regardless of the extent of damage or the time required for repairs, etc.

If the vehicle can be driven on its own: 10,000-50,000 yen
If the vehicle is not self-propelled: 50,000,000 yen

*50,000 yen may be charged even if the vehicle is self-propelled.
*Non-operation charge (NOC: Non-Operation Charge) is not covered by the deductible.
*Please note that smoking inside the vehicle is also subject to NOC. If cigarette ashes fall inside the vehicle, it will be deemed as smoking.

■Accidents that are not covered even if you are enrolled in the Waiver Compensation System or Anshin Compensation System Wide

・When an accident is caused by driving too fast and it is proven that the speed limit was exceeded ・When an accident occurs in a lane where overtaking is prohibited and the driver crosses over the prohibited lane ・When an accident is caused by disregarding a traffic signal ・When an aluminum truck, loaded vehicle, welfare vehicle, or specially equipped vehicle is damaged, or when the cargo space of a lift or other equipment is damaged ・When an accident is caused by failing to stop at a stop sign ・When an accident is caused by violating the prohibition of right turns, U-turns, etc. ・Causing an accident by using a cellular phone while driving ・In the event of an accident that is deemed malicious or intentional

In the event that the insurance/compensation system is not applicable, the customer will be responsible for all damages caused by the accident if the accident occurs under the following driving or conditions

・In the event that the accident was not reported to both the police and the store
・In the event of an accident caused by a driver or co-driver other than the driver or co-driver listed in the rental agreement
・In the event of an accident caused by an unauthorized extension of the rental time
・In the event of any other violations of the Rental Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions of Lease)
・In case of drunken driving or driving without a license
・In case of settlement with the other party without our consent
・In the event of damage to the vehicle caused by theft
・In the event that the driver exceeds the capacity of the vehicle.
・When the wrong type of oil is used for refueling
・When the vehicle is driven on roads other than maintained and controlled roads such as beaches, riverbeds, forests, etc.
・When the vehicle is used in a test competition, and the vehicle is damaged or corroded due to improper use.
・When the vehicle is used for various test competitions or used for towing or pushing other companies.
・When the vehicle is driven on a circuit, race track, etc.
・In the event of damage to the rental car caused by an accident with a vehicle owned, used or controlled by the customer.
・When the rental car or signboard is damaged in the rental store
・When the rental car breaks down due to operational errors
・When the rental car is damaged or lost (except for damage caused by an accident)
・When the vehicle is scratched by tire chains, snow carriers, etc.
・Loss of tire wheels or wheel caps
・Accidents caused by malicious traffic violations
・Accidents caused by failure to wear seat belts while driving
・In the event of damage due to negligent vehicle management
・In the event of an accident that falls under any of the other exclusions and conditions set forth in the Rental Agreement.
