Please visit us in person or use our free shuttle service to come to our store.
We offer individual pick-up and drop-off services upon your arrival. Customers using the free pick-up service should contact us upon arrival at Naha Airport and upon picking up their luggage.
*Customers with no pick-up plan are requested to come to our store.
The rental procedure will be performed at the store.

Please fill up with fuel at the designated gas station upon return.
For customers who wish to be picked up, a free shuttle service is available from the store to the airport.
Customers who do not require a pick-up service are requested to return the car on their own.
Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
Please note that we may not be able to pick you up after your return time.
Please refuel at the CSS Tahara SS nearest the store before returning the car.
If you have made a reservation through the website, please be sure to cancel your reservation from the reservation confirmation page.
Depending on the timing of the cancellation procedure, cancellation fees may apply.
Reservation cancellation fees will be charged as follows
If we do not hear from you within one hour after your scheduled flight has arrived, we will cancel your reservation.
Please be sure to inform us by phone or e-mail when you cancel.
If you wish to return your rental car in the middle of your trip, please contact the store from which you departed.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, in the event of an early return, the basic fee and NOC compensation fee for the unused period will not be fully refunded.
Note: In case of cancellation due to personal reasons, the following charges will be incurred.
If the airline cancels the flight due to a typhoon or other emergency, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, if the cancellation is made at the customer's discretion before the flight is cancelled, the cancellation policy will be applied.
