Cancellation of Reservations
■Cancellation and mid-term cancellation
If you have made a reservation through the website, please cancel your reservation from the reservation confirmation page.
Depending on the timing of the cancellation procedure, cancellation fees may apply.
Reservation cancellation fees will be charged as follows
- 7 days prior to the date of use 【Free of charge】
- 6 to 3 days prior to the date of use 【20% of the basic fee】
- 2 days to 1 day prior to the date of use 【30% of the basic fee】
- After the day of use 【100% of the basic fee】
Please note
If you do not contact us within 1 hour after the scheduled flight arrives, we will cancel your reservation.
Please inform us by phone or e-mail in case of cancellation.
■Cancellation of a rental car mid-use
If you wish to return the rental car in the middle of the rental period, please contact the store from which you departed.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, the basic fee and NOC compensation fee for the unused period will not be fully refunded if the rental car is returned early.
Please check with the rental store for details on the refund procedure.
Note: In case of cancellation due to personal reasons, the following charges will be incurred.
In the event that an airline cancels a flight due to a typhoon or other emergency, no cancellation fee will be charged.
However, if the cancellation is made at the customer's discretion before the flight is cancelled, the cancellation policy will be applied.
During Golden Week, New Year holidays, and Bon holidays, there may be a separate cancellation policy in the product details.
