I booked this car rental company on Gogoout for February 22nd-24th, 2026. After arriving at the airport and heading to the designated location, I quickly boarded a shuttle to the rental company! The rental process was smooth, and I also purchased full insurance at the store!

It's not far from the airport, near Xiaolu Station.

The car was in good condition, and it even had a GPS.

Overall, a good rental experience; the staff were very polite. ❤️ I'll definitely consider renting from the same company next time!

I rented a new Rocky.

I called after arriving at the lobby, and they came right away to pick me up. Since I was arriving at the same time as several other people, I rode with them.

Check-in was automated, my driver's license was scanned, and I was able to rent without waiting.

As it was a new car,
it was clean and fuel-efficient, which ultimately saved me money on gas, so it's definitely worth renting a good one.

On the way back, they checked for any lost belongings and then drove me right away, which made things go smoothly. Since I was the only one there (as the airline asked),
they dropped me off right next to the check-in counter.

They open at 8:00 AM, so I think there's plenty of room for people with early morning flights.
I'll definitely use them again next time.

It arrives within 10 minutes of the airport. The check-in process was smooth and I was able to leave in no time, which I really appreciate.

We had a fantastic experience with Okinawa car rental, the had a pickup and drop off service and the car we got had it all. Good AC, lots of space, nice baby seat and it drove fantastic. The price was also very cheap and the communication went perfect via WhatsApp. Also on our way back home the return of the car and the pickup back to the airport was within minutes! Would recommend highly!

There were times when we couldn't understand each other when I tried to interpret.
Aside from that, everything else was fine.

Good service and friendly staff, new car

Good service and friendly staff, new car (<1000 km in odo), and good price.

We had some issues with the aftermarket tablet installed to the car, and could not get Android Auto to work, but the staff tried really hard to resolve this. In the end we used our own phone to navigate - no problem.

Also, note that their cars have ETC card readers, but no card itself so you cannot use the automated toll system (their website says differently about this!). But for our trip to North this was not an issue this time.

Okinawa rental cars are fantastic.

Okinawa rental cars are fantastic. They're even better than the big rental car companies. They have a lot of new cars, and they're in great condition. I've often seen cars at big rental companies that are in poor condition because they wash them hastily to prepare them for the next customer, but this is the first time I've seen such a clean and comfortable rental car. I was hesitant to book at first because the company is small, but I'll definitely use them again on my next trip to Okinawa. You'll have to fill up the contract at the kiosk, but they'll help you out, so there's no problem. One thing to keep in mind: if you booked a full tank, be sure to return the car with a full tank. If you didn't, you'll have to go back to the gas station. ^^ It's important to keep in mind that you have to abide by the terms of the contract.
